Background: Emerging studies manifested that exosomal RNAs had pivotal roles in human cancer therapies. This article aimed to research the regulatory mechanism of exosomal circRNA-plasmacytoma variant translocation 1 (circ-PVT1) in cisplatin (DDP) resistance of gastric cancer (GC).
