Dr. Cheng Yang obtained his PhD in the year 2013 from Fudan University, where his study focused on the kidney transplantation. He emphases on the role of immune system in acute and chronic renal injury, as well as new prevention and treatment strategies. He published more than 40 peerreviewed papers with over 490 times citations. Dr. Cheng Yang received seven awards from the American Society of Transplantation and The Transplantation Society from 2012-2018. He is an associate editor of the Journal of Translational Medicine, and he also served as guest editor for Current Protein and Peptide Science, Current Gene Therapy. He is now working in Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University.
