Abstract—
A concept is proposed, according to which the water‒air system is an open nonequilibrium system capable of accumulating free energy; the latter can be released under certain weak resonance effects via standard high-energy processes. These processes break chemical bonds and cause formation of reactive species of oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide.中文翻译:
