Polarization and dielectric susceptibility of a monolayer coronene like nano-structure: Monte Carlo study

Abstract In this paper, we study the dielectric properties of a monolayer coronene like nano-structure with mixed spins ( S = ± 2 , σ = ± 5 / 2 ), using Monte Carlo simulations. The ground state phase diagrams in different planes are studied. In addition, we examine the blocking temperature for different exchange coupling interactions. Moreover, we explore the effects of the crystal field on the total polarizations. Finally, the electric hysteresis cycles are given for different values of temperatures and exchange coupling interactions.
