Over 3 weeks, experimental animals in addition to the standard diet daily intragastrically received corn oil in combination with intragastric administration of acetaminophen in a dose of 500 mg/day. High-fat load in combination with acetaminophen over 3 weeks led to the development of focal biliary cirrhosis.
