Abstract
The structure of metastable Fe3B boride and its change during phase transformations of alloys of the Fe–B system from amorphous to equilibrium crystalline state have been investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis and transmission electron microscopy. It is shown that metastable boride undergoes the Fe3B (\(I\bar {4}\)) → Fe3B (\(P{{4}_{2}}{\text{/}}n\)) → Fe3B (P) structural transformations and retains its lattice parameters during amorphous-phase crystallization. The thermal stability of each lattice depends on the B concentration in the alloy.中文翻译:
