In this paper we have shown that the novel mass relation among the vector states, ϕ(1020) and ϕ(1680), with quantum numbers JPC =1−− and axial-vector strangeonium state h1(ss) with quantum numbers 1+− is also valid for nonzero current quark mass. This relation predicts the mass of recently discovered h1(ss) state by the Collaboration BESIII within experimental accuracy.
