Abstract

An effective three-dimensional model of the knee joint biological structure was established based on the knee joint biological structure, CT images and MRI data of 65 adult bones provided by medical institutions. The static and dynamic mechanical properties of the joint model were analyzed by finite element method under different conditions. The results show that with the increase of body weight, the joint structure stress increases in a nonlinear relationship. The overall structure force of the knee joint system is mainly concentrated on the meniscus.

摘要

基于医疗机构提供的65块成人骨骼的膝关节生物结构、CT图像和MRI数据,建立了有效的膝关节生物结构三维模型。采用有限元法对不同工况下接头模型的静态和动态力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,随着体重的增加,关节结构应力呈非线性增加。膝关节系统的整体结构受力主要集中在半月板。
