In this figure , three novel 1,8‐naphthalimide‐based anticancer agents were synthesized and evaluated their biological activity against human DNA topoisomerase II. Molecular docking of these molecules revealed one of them as shown in this figure was fit into the docking site by strong pi‐pi interaction along with hydrogen bonding. More details about this figure will be discussed by Prof. Tzenge‐Lien Shih and his coworkers on page 1254–1262 in this issue.
