Reflection of Electrostatic Waves on Plane Interface Between Magnetized Plasma and Insulator

The phenomenon of reflection of plane electrostatic (slow electric) waves on plane interface between a magnetized plasma and an insulator is studied. In this way, the applied magnetic field is perpendicular to the surface of the cold and collisionless plasma. In the absence of a lateral displacement and for appropriate wave frequencies an anomalous time delay of the reflected electrostatic wave is found.
