Explanation of Bump in Reactor Antineutrino Spectrum

Abstract

We analyze a possible origin of the deviation of experimental results from the known theoretical predictions that is called 5 MeV bump in reactor antineutrino spectrum. We propose modification of single decay energy spectrum for (anti)neutrino by removing electromagnetic part, that demonstrates the observable bump in reactor antineutrino spectrum.
