In article number 2000470, Lijun Yang, Xiaohui Wang, Hai‐Tao Fang and co‐workers take advantage of the synchronous etching on both sides of a transparent substrate enabled by a femtosecond laser to acheive a double‐side configuration of microsupercapacitors (MSCs) with high precision in the alignment of back‐to‐back MSC couples. The double‐sided configuration doubles the integration level compared to the routine single‐side configuration. This work is valuable for one‐step manufacturing of highly integrated MSCs that are used in miniaturized electronics.
