The Cover Feature illustrates how a peptide–pyrene conjugate seems to shrink gradually in a deep‐sea environment, i.e., under high pressure of up to 100 MPa. The intra‐chain shrinkage of the peptide backbone upon hydrostatic pressurization can tune pyrenyl fluorescence properties based on monomer, ground‐state dimer, excimer, and frustrated excimer emissions.
