The Front Cover shows yeast‐derived β‐glucan particles (GPs) loaded with a paramagnetic, high spin iron(III) coordination complex. The iron(III) complex is under development as a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent. The complex remains encapsulated in GPs under physiological conditions, and its water proton relaxivity is masked. Addition of the maltol chelator or mild acid releases the iron(III) complex from the GPs to restore the proton relaxivity of the complex as an MRI contrast agent. The cover art was inspired by Vincent van Gogh′s Starry Night. More information can be found in the Full Paper by Janet R. Morrow et al.
