NIR turn‐on fluorescent probe for detecting Cys: A sensing mechanism based on the different thiol‐induced SNAr substitution/rearrangement reaction with Cys and Hcy/GSH led to a probe with merits such as large Stokes shift and high linear dynamic range. It has been successfully applied to detect endogenous Cys in living cells and in vivo.
