Abstract In terms of non-smooth domains and non-homogeneous elliptic operators, this paper is devoted to study non-tangential maximal function estimates for exterior L p regular problems. We do not repeat the layer potential arguments (which is a possible way). Instead appealing to a radial maximal function we can employ the results on homogeneous operators to make the proof much easier. Nevertheless, this method relies on an exterior W 1 , p estimate, which is established in the course of the proof.
