A new detection method of porous silicon optical biosensor is presented in this paper.It has four advantages.The first advantage is the lower detection limit,which is 20.74 pM. The second advantage is the low detection cost,which only needs digital microscope and general optical devices.The third advantage is the short detection time.It takes several seconds to complete the process.The fourth advantage is the high bioassay throughput.
