Designing Pattern for Project Delay Analysis with Several Periods Extension of Time, Continuous and Discrete (Pr-to-Pr)

Abstract Almost all projects around the world suffer from delays. The most valid delay calculation techniques belong to the SCL Protocol, but they also have considerable drawbacks. The techniques of this protocol only calculate the amount of project delays; but this is not enough. Today, projects are based on competitive conditions around them; they have become very intricate and sensitive. In most projects, the obstacles and problems are multifaceted, such as: Low speed work, working Stop, Requires several extension periods and numerous revisions and changes to the basic schedule. These conditions make analysis very difficult and sometimes impossible and it bothers the analyst; the SCL protocol has no solution for that. Researchers in this study according to their executive records in projects, the most complex life cycle of the project was considered from the perspective of delays occur and claim management. They introduced an integrated technique that analyzes delays (continuous and discrete), and sharing delays among stakeholders the form of into (Period-to-Period) Performs, which is called the (Pr-to-Pr) technique.
