Abstract

The directions in which the beams of surface spin waves transfer energy are investigated experimentally and theoretically for the range of frequencies in which superdirectional wave propagation occurs (at one frequency). It is found that these directions are in good agreement with the direction of the vector of group wave velocity, and this direction for a superdirectional beam can be measured with the maximum accuracy.
