Abstract For the transient pulse test specified in “ISO7637-2: Road vehicles – Electrical disturbances from conduction and coupling – Part 2: Electrical transient conduction along supply lines only” and “ISO16750-2 Road vehicles – Environmental conditions and testing for electrical and electronic equipment – Part 2: Electrical loads”, we calculate the energy of the transient pulse, and build a protective circuit. We ensure that the parameters of the device meet the requirements. Then timing simulation of circuit should be processed. Through the simulative waveform, we determine that all problems have been resolved. Finally, the actual circuits were set up to validate the final design.
