Investigation of Heated Nozzle Temperature in ABS Specimens Fabricated Based on Fiber Bragg Grating During Fused Deposition Modeling Process

Abstract The quality of the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene specimens are influenced by the inhomogeneous distribution of temperature caused by the heated nozzle temperature. To analyze the influence of the heated nozzle temperature, the specimens fabricated with fiber Bragg gratings are discussed. The specimens fabricated based on fiber Bragg gratings are suitable for real-time temperature monitoring and shrinkage deformation detection.
