Hypothesis. Ask yourself which goals drive you, what you value, and what kind of scientist you want to be. Observation. Notice your constraints, what you “default” to in times of high stress and panic, and where you are sending your time, energy, and attention. Analysis. Ask yourself: is your default behavior and use of energy serving your goals? Conclusion. With your constraints in mind, chart a path forward to align your attention and intention more closely with your goals.
