Two new C19-diterpenoid alkaloids from Aconitum smirnovii

Two new C19-diterpenoid alkaloids, smirnotine A (1) and smirnotine B (2), together with five known diterpenoid alkaloids (3-7) were isolated from the aerial part of Aconitum smirnovii Steinb. The structures of new compounds were established on the basis of spectroscopic analyses, including HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data, while the absolute configuration of 1 was determined by quantum ECD calculation. The antiarrhythmic, cytotoxic and antimicrobial activities of these diterpenoid alkaloids were also evaluated. Compound 1 showed preventive effect of arrhythmia on arrhythmia model of anesthetized mice induced by aconitine.
