One and only one: The degradation susceptibility of serine hydrolases was assessed by using a probe that contained a fluorophosphonate warhead and a cereblon‐binding pomalidomide. A quantitative proteomics approach was employed to discover that ∼40 serine hydrolases were engaged but only a single serine hydrolase, lysophospholipase II, was degraded.
