Investigation of dried whole herb of Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl. resulted in the isolation of two new phenylethanoid glycosides, macrophylloside E (1), macrophylloside F (2), together with eight known phenylethanoid glycosides (3-10). Their structures were established by extensive spectroscopic methods. In addition, all phenylethanoid glycosides (1–10) were evaluated for their antioxidant activity by DPPH assay and showed high to moderate effect (IC₅₀ from 2.72 to 38.65 μM).
