Abstract

The coefficients of selectivity of a nitrate-selective electrode to \({\text{C}}{{{\text{l}}}^{ - }}\), , and \({\text{SO}}_{4}^{{2 - }}\) ions were experimentally determined: 0.006, 0.0002, and 0.0003, respectively. The value of the activity coefficient of \({\text{NO}}_{{\text{3}}}^{ - }\) ions in seawater with 35‰ salinity was ascertained: 0.533 ± 0.011 at 25°C.
