Outside Front Cover: An atmospheric pressure non‐self‐sustained glow discharge is investigated as an alternative source for conventional chemical processes. Optical emission spectroscopy and Rayleigh scattering spectroscopy were applied to obtain vibrational, rotational and translational temperatures. In addition, electron density and electron temperature were estimated based on experimental data. An impact of water presence on plasma physical properties, a difference between translational and rotational temperatures, and N2 excitation pathways are discussed in this work.
