Abstract—

Due to the variability in the etiology and clinical manifestation of infectious diseases, immunological analysis techniques play an increasingly important role in their diagnosis. These can be subdivided into nonspecific techniques, which reveal general changes indirectly associated with the pathology, and specific techniques, which reveal the precise immune mechanism of the pathology. Some modern principles of disease treatment are discussed as well.
