Ultra-Jet as a Tool for Dispersing Nanosuspensions

Abstract Searching for new, high-efficiency methods for dispersion of nanomaterial-based suspensions is an important task that is considered in this work. The criterion of efficiency is the minimum particle size achieved using one or another dispersion technology. The experimental results on the dispersion of nanosuspensions by the methods of ultrasonic and ultrajet treatments are discussed. Ultrajet dispersion is shown to be promising for deagglomeration of microparticles and for solving the problems of providing the required level of dispersion in suspensions. According to experimental data, ultrajet processing has a series of benefits.
