Abstract—
The characteristic features of the hydrothermal synthesis of molybdenum sulfide nanoparticles, using Na2MoO4 as the molybdenum precursor and thioacetamide as the sulfur precursor, at a synthesis temperature of 220°C, and of electrochemical synthesis—anodic formation of nanoparticles from MoS2 single crystals by electrolysis in an ionic liquid—are described. The X-ray fluorescence, optical absorption, and photoluminescence spectroscopy methods were applied for characterization of the nanoparticles produced.中文翻译:
