A new octenone, eugejambone A, a new propenone, eugejambone B and two new heptadienone derivatives, eugejambones C and D, along with 17 known compounds were isolated from leaves of Eugenia jambos. Their structures were determined by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data. The cytotoxic and antibacterial activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated.
