This paper proposes a novel approach to provide a privately secured MIMO VLC in the mobility conditions. An extensive range of numerical evaluation and practical experiments is applied to demonstrate and evaluate the proposed system performance in different environment configurations. We demonstrate that the system is fully capable of securely steering the information with respect to a receiver location with a high level of reliability.
