In this paper we study the advanced differential equations of the form $x^{\prime }\left(t\right)-q\left(t\right)x\left(\sigma \left(t\right)\right)=0,t\ge t_0,$where $q$ is a function of nonnegative real numbers and $\sigma$ is a function of positive real numbers such that $\sigma \left(t\right)>t$, for all $t\ge t_0$. Based on a recursive sequence we have constructed, we improve the well known oscillation condition $\underset{t\to \infty }{lim\; sup}{\int }_t^{\sigma \left(t\right)}q\left(s\right)ds>1\text{by}\underset{t\to \infty }{lim\; sup}{\int }_t^{\sigma \left(t\right)}q\left(s\right)ds\ge 1\text{.}$An example illustrating our results is also given.
