Small‐molecule inhibitors of OGT: OGT is the only enzyme to catalyze O‐GlcNAc modification of intracellular protein substrates, thus playing an important role in several fundamental cellular pathways. Herein, we provide a comprehensive review of small‐molecular inhibitors of human OGT, complemented by a brief overview of its structural and mechanistic features.
