Identification of the Emissivity and Thermal Resistance of Screen-Vacuum Thermal Insulation in a Mathematical Model of Heat Transfer with Lumped Parameters

Abstract

This paper solves the problem of the identification of a complex of heterogeneous, thermophysical properties that are part of a system of ordinary differential equations of a mathematical model with lumped parameters. The previously developed iterative-variational method is used to regularize an unstable solution of the inverse heat-transfer problem. The results confirm the efficiency of this regularization method and make it possible to study the temperature dependences of the emissivity and thermal resistance of screen-vacuum thermal insulation.
