In this paper, we give a concise proof of a recent result of Qin and Wang regarding split feasibility problems (Qin and Wang in Rev R Acad Cienc Exactas Fís Nat Ser A Mat RACSAM 113(1):315–325, 2019). Not only is the proof simplified but it also allows some weaker conditions on parameters.
