The second degree of second author Christopher L. Thompson, MD, MHI, was omitted and has been added. The affiliation of Karl C. Alcover, PhD, was reported as Elson Floyd College of Human Medicine (Department of Medical Education and Clinical Sciences, Washington State University, Spokane) and has been corrected to Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine. The affiliation of Dr Thompson was reported as Peds AI Clinic and has been corrected to Peds AI. Finally, 2 graphs in the Figure were lacking the footnote citation b, which denotes a level of significance; this has been added to the graphs for cigar and cocaine.
