Transcatheter therapy for structural heart disease is rapidly evolving in the cardiovascular field. In the USA and Europe, techniques such as transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter mitral intervention, and left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) have matured and become more reliable. However, in mainland China, such procedures have not yet matured and become popular. There is a huge demand for continuous medical education in percutaneous structural heart disease treatment in China.
