Green synthesis of Cynodon Dactylon capped concentrations on ZnO nanoparticles for antibacterial activity, ROS/ML-DNA treatment and compilation of best controlling microbes by mathematical comparisons

ZnO and Cynodon Dactylon capped concentrations on ZnO (Cy-da/ZnO) nanoparticles have been synthesized. XRD data and SEM analysis showed that the crystallite size of NPs with hexagonal nano-rod structure. The blue shift behavior observed by UV-Vis and the estimated value of band gap were observed to be 3.3, 3.45 and 3.5 eV for ZnO, (5ml) Cy-da/ZnO and (10ml) Cy-da /ZnO NPs respectively. ROS and ML-DNA were tested and estimated for Cy-da doped ZnO NPs by Klebsiella pneumoniae. The highest antibacterial activity against Gram negative bacteria’s for (10ml) Cy-da/ ZnO NPs when compared to ZnO NPs and (5ml) Cy-da /ZnO NPs.
