DES‐assisted synthesis of Chimanine B analogues (4) was achieved through Ru catalyzed dehydrogenation in K2CO3:Glycerol (1:1) and sequential sp3 C–H functionalization via Friendlande reaction in Ch‐Cl:Oxalic acid(1:1). Moreover, Knovenagel condensed product of Chimanine B analogues (5) was achieved by using KOH as base in Ch‐Cl:Oxalic acid (1:1)
