In article number 1900122, Binyuan Zhao, Weiping Wu and co‐workers demonstrate an ultrathin 2D‐1D graphene‐carbon composite for high performance Joule heaters (up to 389 °C) and interfacial evaporation, powered by sustainable low voltage electricity (3V) and solar energy. The new flexible all carbon material based device boosts the solar thermal seawater desalination by more than an order of magnitude (up to 45.87 kg m−2 h−1).
