The pursuit of advanced functionalities in topological photonic devices motivates studies of active, tunable and nonreciprocal structures driven by nonlinear effects. In article number 1900223, Daria A. Smirnova, Yuri S. Kivshar, and co‐workers reveal the unified origin of topological edge states and self‐trapped nonlinear modes residing in nontrivial band gaps and shows how topological edge states can be efficiently excited by scattered gap solitons.
