Abstract

This paper presents a dynamic image of activity on Yellowstone Volcano, providing a detailed analysis of the key parameters in real time. Some preliminary inferences show that active volcanoes are energetically open systems that are strongly affected by extraterrestrial astrophysical components, in the first place, solar fluxes of muons and neutrinos. This should be borne in mind in forecasts of their activity. The astrophysical component may well prove to be an essential mechanism for synchronization of the states of supervolcanoes. The astrophysical component of volcanic activity can also be present in volcanoes on planets of the solar system, which are also experiencing synchronizing excitations of solar neutrino fluxes; that is to say, planets of the solar system can be shown to possess common rhythms of volcanic activity.
