Biological ion channels and ion pumps with intricate transport functions play irreplaceable roles in almost all physiological functions. In article number 1904351, Liping Wen, Lei Jiang, and co‐workers propose a generic strategy of engineering smart nanofluidic systems for artificial ion channels and ion pumps, which shows great promise in single‐molecule analysis, smart mass delivery, and energy conversion.
