The Cover Feature shows a battery floating on seawater, which is based on chitin. Under the sea, chitin derived from seafood wastes (like crabs) is beneficial to construct 2D porous carbon nanosheets (CCN), which can be used to storage Na+. Furthermore, SeS2 can be impregnated into CCN to fabricate CCN/SeS2 electrodes. The obtained full cell enables the development of recyclable and scalable battery systems.More information can be found in the Article by J. Ma et al.
