Interactive History-based Vessel Movement Prediction

Analyzing vessel movements is indispensable for multiple tasks such as collision avoidance or route and logistics planning. We propose a novel approach for vessel movement prediction based on recorded movement data. The predicted movements including uncertainties are calculated and visualized interactively, facilitating visual inspection of relevant vessel movements within the above-mentioned scenarios.
