The role that macrocyclic peptidomimetics will play in the future is subjected to our ability to control their morphologic attributes. The present minireview fills a critical gap in the understanding of molecules endowed with conformational chirality representing a stimulus to propel further development of peptoids in biological, pharmaceutical, and material sciences contexts.
