The Rawal group at the University of Chicago has a postdoctoral opening for a creative and ambitious synthetic organic chemist to work on the total synthesis of complex bioactive natural products, especially indole alkaloids (see J. Am. Chem. Soc., 2021, 143, 10872−10875; DOI: 10.1021/jacs.1c05762). New concepts in asymmetric catalysis will also be investigated.
