该工作制备了以PBDB-T:ITTC为光伏层的非富勒烯有机体异质结太阳能电池,通过磁控光电流和稳态阻抗谱的测试,深入研究了自旋态、陷阱态、以及光诱导极化三者之间的关联,进而了解三者对该体系中有效电荷解离的影响。
In the work, we have fabricated non-fullerene organic solar cell with PBDB-T:ITTC as the photovoltaic layer. By the measurement of magneto-photocurrent and steady-state impedance spectrum, we have deeply studied the essential relation of spin states, trap states and photo-induced polarization, and then understood the effect of three on the efficient charge dissociation in the system.
