在本工作中,具有Ruddlesden-Popper 结构的Ca3Ti2O7陶瓷铁电极化改善源自Nb5+阳离子的较高铁电活性和较大的氧八面体畸变幅度,在高电场和低频下获得更饱和的电滞回线以及较高的铁电极化。本工作提供了一种有效的方法来改善Ca3Ti2O7基陶瓷的杂化非寻常铁电性能。
In the present work, the improved ferroelectric polarization in this ceramic stem from the higher ferroelectric activity of Nb5+ cation and a larger amplitude of oxygen octahedral distortion. Moreover, the more saturated electric hysteresis loops together with the higher ferroelectric polarization can be achieved under a higher electric field and at a lower frequency. The present work provides an effective way to improve the ferroelectric properties in Ca3Ti2O7-based ceramics.
